Jonathan brings almost 20yrs of real estate ownership and management experience, and therefore a uniquely balanced approach to commercial real estate: part investor, part operator, and fully hands-on.

His oversight includes:

• Financial planning and budgeting

• TI coordination and capital improvement strategy
